I want them to reach out to me so I can provide the correct information and clear this item. It seems I'm the only one making an attempt to resolve this even though it is their error. Yesterday I received another correspondence from them telling me my bill was past due. I did send a communication through their Contact Us page on their website asking them to reach out so their outdated information can be corrected. The only option both places I have found is the option to pay the bill. I've attempted to reach out to the business to provide them with the current insurance, however it is impossible to get them on the phone and there is no place on their website to update the insurance information. My doctor's office where I had the labs drawn had no issue filing my visit on the same date with my current insurance, so I'm not sure why Cunningham Pathology cannot use the correct insurance provided to my doctor's office. Cunningham Pathology is charging me $55 because they say they have no insurance on file for me, however they are referencing insurance I have not had for 2 years on the statement. I recently received an invoice from Cunningham Pathology (reference number *****XXXXXXX) for labs completed on 5/28/21 at my doctor's office.
